Men of Proof is a mentorship and leadership development program created to help young men grow emotionally, mentally, physically, socially, and professionally through brotherhood, structure, accountability, guidance, and community connection.

We focus on helping young men become more confident, disciplined, emotionally aware, respectful, responsible, and prepared for life.

This program creates spaces where young men are able to:
• Speak openly
• Learn emotional control
• Build confidence
• Strengthen communication skills
• Develop leadership abilities
• Receive guidance from positive men
• Build healthy friendships and brotherhood
• Learn discipline and accountability
• Improve decision-making
• Build purpose and direction

Men of Proof is about connection

It is about connecting young men to strong examples, strong environments, strong opportunities, and strong community support.

It is also about reconnecting men back to leadership, responsibility, mentorship, and service to the next generation.

Inside this program, men actively guide, teach, encourage, challenge, and correct one another in healthy ways that build growth, maturity, discipline, and self-respect.

Men of Proof moves throughout the community and activates spaces where real relationships, mentorship, and growth can happen.

We bring programming directly into:

We also intentionally pour back into communities economically by supporting local businesses, organizing outings, exposing youth to positive environments, and helping young men experience more than the blocks they come from.

Youth may participate in:
• Leadership circles
• Group discussions
• Community service projects
• Fitness and wellness activities
• Recreational outings
• Skating trips
• Business visits
